From M1 take Junction 28 on A38 to A610 Ambergate and Matlock. At the T-junction at Ambergate turn right on to A6 towards Matlock. At Whatstandwell you will see The Derwent Arms pub on your right hand side. Turn sharp right in front of the pub and go up the hill and turn immediately left into a narrow lane (signpost Holloway) through the woods. Follow this lane to the top into Holloway. Turn left at the T-junction and immediately right into Chapel Lane. Do not go up the hill but take the other road on the left at the side of the hill.
